Title: This Chair Has Changed My Life

Review: I’ve had 2 spinal surgeries and suffer from constant headaches and pain in my neck, shoulders arms and hands. I also have a job that requires sitting for long stretches – sometimes 12 to 15 hours - with very few breaks. These two factors make life very difficult for me at times. My physical therapist was adamant about finding a really good, supportive chair to help relieve my pain. I tried chairs from consumer back stores with moderate success and recently decided that, if I was going to be able to continue working that the pace required by my job, I needed to seek out the best chair that I could possibly find. I found Ergonomic Office Chairs on the internet and immediately felt I had found the right place. Tom Kramer was great in helping me find the chair that best fit my needs. After taking the time to discuss my specific needs at great length, Tom suggested I try the KAB ACS. I have to say that I am very impressed. I loved the chair the first moment I sat in it. The ACS is obviously built like a tank and has a very solid feel to it – unlike just about every other chair I’ve had. After playing with the numerous adjustments over time, it just became more and more comfortable. The support that this chair provides is just outstanding. Yesterday I sat in front of my console for 10 hours and went home with very little pain or numbness, which is very unusual. This may sound like I am over stating a little bit, but I am totally serious when I say that this chair has changed my life. When someone like me, who lives with the challenges of serious spinal injuries, can go home at the end of the day without feeling debilitating pain, it’s nothing short of a miracle. I read a testimonial from another customer who said he would not take double the money he paid for his ACS. I do not agree with him. I would take the money and use it to buy 2 more! One for home and one for work! I haven’t written a testimonial for anything in over a decade, but I would definitely recommend the KAB ACS to someone in my situation or anyone who is looking for a really amazing state of the art executive chair. Thanks for making my days a little brighter.

Title: A first rate buying experience!

Review: This is the best executive office chair that I've seen. Many of my partners have purchased some of the other ergonomic executive chairs that are more widely available. I tried them, but found them not all that comfortable. After searching on the web, I came across this chair and decided to give it a try. When it arrived, it felt great, even without any fine tuning of the many possible adjustments. With gradual adjustments to the various settings over a period of a couple of weeks, the comfort level has only improved. I also happen to think that this is a far better looking chair than the others that I have seen. On top of everything else, Tom Kramer, the account manager, was very courteous and professionnal. This was a first rate buying experience.

Title: I wouldn't sell mine back for twice what I paid

Review: The KAB Executive Chairs are simply the finest office chairs I've purchased, bar none. In this world, we tend to get what we pay for; these chairs are superb and worth every penny. I've purchased two and wouldn't be without them. I like being able to adjust the multiple electronic air support systems and have charged the battery only once since I purchased the chairs (about two months ago - Aug 04). Many of us sit in a chair and work all day...essentially we print money for ourselves, or for someone else. In order to achieve optimum results we need to be as comfortable as possible. Think about it, we buy a good computer, we wear nice clothes; then we sit in a less than ideal chair and wonder why we ache or feel tired before noon. Purchase one (or two) of these chairs - they are guaranteed by The United Group; I doubt any have ever been returned. I wouldn't sell mine back for twice what I paid - I'm that impressed. The TEAM at The United Group really cares - Tom Kramer called more than once to make sure I was pleased with my purchase - when one of the levers snapped in shipping - he simply replaced it the next day - no questions asked. Review: I am extremely pleased with this chair. I was not familiar with the KAB brand but when I opened the box, the quality was obvious. I am able to adjust the lumbar support to exactly the way I like it. The leather trim is first rate. The sales staff was professional and very knowledgeable.
