How do IRON HORSE Seating™ Chairs fill the demands of both worlds? The foundation of the chair is a robotically welded steel frame that was designed and engineered for use in the automotive and heavy equipment industries. Rigid steel frames provide true support. The backrests lock solidly into position. No floppy back chair can equal the support of a geared recliner mechanism that is required to meet automotive government safety standards. The chairs with the so-called "move with you" backrests cannot provide the support you need to maintain a healthy sitting position. A full 45º of total recline positions you in the comfort zone. Great for viewing highly placed monitors, kicking back on those long phone calls or just relaxing at the end of a long day.

The only way to achieve true lower back support is to sit back in the chair. Your back must be in full contact with the backrest. A properly designed backrest can be adjusted to provide a natural feel that is comfortable and holds you in a healthy sitting position. Adjustable air lumbar provides the fine-tuning. During our on-going review of competitor's chairs, we have found products where users would actually slide right out of them. Obviously a design of this nature offers no support.

	Available in 2 configurations. First, for those of you who prefer armrests that adjust completely out of the way, we offer the Ergo Tilt-Up configuration. This extremely durable and comfortable design is height and angle adjustable. Secondly, the Ergo Sport  Armrests are constructed of 16 gauge, highly polished stainless steel tubes, mandrel bent and precision tig welded to stainless steel mounting plates, beautiful. The height adjustable design features well contoured pads that comfortably cradle your forearms for total relaxation.		All models are fitted with 29" diameter, 5-star cast aluminum bases. These units are highly polished and rated for intensive use. 60-mm casters facilitate easy rolling. All steel brackets are precision laser cut to exact tolerances. The intensive use rated gas shock supports 500 lbs. for 5 years, 24 hours a day. Many gas shock manufactures offer rubber stamp "lifetime warranties." This shock is designed and engineered to go the distance.

	Standard on the 2000 and 3000 the fully articulating headrest will support your head like no other design on the market today. Designed by a leading Swedish ergonomics group, it will down right spoil you. Many have commented that it is their favorite feature on the chairs.		We use premium grade aniline dyed automotive hides or butter soft Tuscany Leathers. Incredible comfort and extremely durable. All panels are leather. We do not compromise quality by using matching vinyl trim. Models can be trimmed in single tones or 2-tones. Perforated leather panels and accent stitching are also available.

Leather trim is covered by a 3-year warranty for 24-hour intensive use applications. Cloth trim is covered by a 2-year warranty for 24-hour intensive use applications.
