ErgonomicOfficeChairs.com is committed to our customers. We
strive to make your online experience smooth and friendly. If
a product does not perform to your satisfaction, it can be returned
within a 2-week period. A copy of the original receipt must
accompany all returns and all returns must be in new condition,
complete (i.e. original product box, product packing, product
manual, etc). Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us,
shipping prepaid.
If an item fails during the warranty period, the buyer should
contact the United Group and or the original manufacturer. The
manufacturer’s warranty supports all products. If a buyer
receives a defective item, it will be replaced or repaired at
our discretion. See product manufacturer for specific warranty
periods and conditions.
All returns must have a return authorization number visible
on the outside of the package that is being returned or the
shipment will be refused and returned to the sender. There will
be applicable fees to replace items that are missing. For a
