| The seat cushion consists of 4” of molded foam plus 1.25” of multi-density foam sewn directly into the covers. This design keeps everything in place and comfortable year after year. No wires or springs in this seat pan. The foam is supported by a 14 gauge steel pan robotically welded to a 12 gauge square tube frame. A rigid foundation. The backrest locks into place with an automotive recliner mechanism. The machine gear design provides a rock solid feel. |
