I have looked for a long while to find a chair that would stand up the extreme service we demand. I have had this chair for several months now. I had shopped around quite a lot but now I rest easy, knowing that I got the right chair. Build quality is excellent, comfort is incredible. Glad I went with the tilt-up arms. I love everything about this chair. Service was excellent too. I was going to order Black but the salesman suggested that I may like the Dark Graphite color better. I trusted him and I am glad that I did.

The seat is wonderful. I am very tall and was having trouble finding a seat that had enough leg-support. All of the seats I looked at cut off at mid thigh. I can sit in the seat all day and I have no fatigue. The armrests are a little firm for my preference.
